I had the pleasure of leading and collaborating on figuring out solutions for B2B & SaaS products, building dashboards, interfaces and design systems, helping companies bring their MVPs to market. My journey as product designer started at Wandr, a leading UI/UX design services firm based in Los Angeles and continues at Asset Panda, a SaaS platform that manages an assets lifecycle.

And on my free time? I travel around the world savoring food and culture.

Working with a team of dedicated smart individuals designing the future of asset tracking. A platform that will be used worldwide and be filled with innovative features such as Forms, Automation, Auditing, Logs, Mobile, Account management, Complex database linking and integrations.

PRODUCT DESIGNER

Wandr

Before I switched to product design I used Blender and Adobe tools to create motion graphic designs as a 3D generalist and augmented reality scenes in the Unity. This is where I first started to get into product design and prototyping my first interfaces using Invision and Balsamiq.

Project overview

Starting with a vision and multiple Jobs to be done we crafted user flows and information architecture that led to some initial concepts where we tested low fidelity prototypes. Countless iterations later we are still following the same process with the current product, testing and designing until we find the best solution.

The product is a solution that gives organizations visibility into their assets status. The platform was designed so that it is agnostic to the actual type of asset and can support everything from audio equipment to boxes of zip ties.

Some of the features I was directly involved in the project included: Navigation and structure, Forms, Automation, Auditing, Logs, Mobile, Account management, etc.

Dashboard design

Increase user retention by improving discoverability and design a clear path to their learning journey. First time users were prone to dropping off very early in their journey. This was especially prominent for users that did not have any previous knowledge of the platform.

FEATURE DISCOVERY

Project overview

In a platform that was not user centered designed, basic users struggled to understand key features that would allow them to perform basic actions on the platform.

I worked as the lead designer for this project with a researcher and supporting designer. Built a design system to bring consistency while maintaining brand identity. I utilized user research findings and multiple rounds of testing to iterate on designs and deliver user flows, Information architecture and final designs. Supervised development phase and iterated on final product based on development requirements.

corporate gifting platform

Through redesigning internal tools and interfaces, the project aimed to create a self-service platform for corporate gifting, streamlining campaign creation, gift selection, and tracking processes.

Project overview

Enhanced the existing internal tools for campaign creation and campaign management. This involved redesigning the flow, incorporating additional steps, and seamlessly integrating features for both self-serve and internal users, ultimately providing the necessary tools to manage them.

This involved designing a campaign wizard, enabling users to choose from pre-curated campaigns or create their own, while seamlessly accommodating internal-only features for internal users.

I designed the campaign management page, providing users with detailed insights into campaign progress and recipient interactions. By implementing features such as tracking campaign duration, gifts claimed, and recipient thank-you notes, I ensured users had comprehensive control over their campaigns. The detailed recipient list, offered valuable insights into gift statuses, recipient preferences, and expenditure breakdowns, empowering users to make informed decisions and analyze employee engagement effectively.
